Director of Development

Jack Mandelbaum can be referred to as the consummate professional with vast cumulative experience spanning over 35 years in the Real Estate development, and Construction Management sectors. He is highly proficient in land planning, engineering, architecture, entitlements, as well as in projects bids and negotiation, construction supervision of mid to high-rise buildings, hotels, high end residential, health care, and apartments. 

 In his current position as a Director of Development, Jack exhibits extensive experience garnered from working with all corporate levels, producing critical and high-level development coordination and workable solutions required for efficient management of various real estate projects. He is attracted towards the provision of a unique business environment, ensuring that each development meets or exceeds the financial goals of the project combined with the acceptance of the host community. 

Director of Operations

Bernie oversees site operations at Cedar Development. His extensive experience in the construction field includes managing and overseeing a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. He maintains professional levels of organization and attention to detail to ensure that contractors complete their works efficiently and effectively in strict compliance with time and budget expectations.
